We are excited to share that our September Rahal Ducati Indianapolis and Rahal Ducati Cleveland Motorcycles of the Month are the 2024 Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono Red and 2024 Ducati Panigale V4 R Livery! Two models with differing appearances and designs, yet they share the top-of-the-line craftsmanship that is synonymous with Ducati.
In Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, we have the 2024 Ducati Hypermotard 698 Mono Red as our Motorcycle of the Month. Climb aboard and let the fun take charge! The new Hypermotard 698 Mono is the first single-cylinder road-going Supermotard by Ducati, born with just one aim - to transmit excitement and dominate the scene. Simple, lightweight, and agile, it is a fun bike with racing DNA. The frame of the motorcycle is a steel tube trellis with different thickness and cross-sections. At the rear is a cast aluminum double-sided swingarm weighing just 8.6 pounds, which maximizes stiffness and minimizes weight. Its 572mm length allows the wheelbase to be limited to 1443mm, to the benefit of handling. Weight-reduction was a point of focus throughout the motorcycle, even pertaining to the wheels. The bike is equipped with lightweight cast rims with five Y-spoke design, for a weight reduction of 1 pound compared to a similar set of spoked rims, and even greater riding precision. The Hypermotard 698 Mono has the typical Motard riding position, with a flat seat that facilitates body and leg movements, and provides comfort!
For motorcycle-racing enthusiasts, we highly recommend our September Rahal Ducati Cleveland Motorcycle of the Month, the 2024 Ducati Panigale V4R Livery. At 240.5HP and 16,500RPM, this is racing! The Panigale V4R adopts technical solutions previously reserved only for MotoGP and WorldSBK Championship. This is the closest production model to a competition bike ever! At its heart is a pure racing spirit, This model was significantly developed and upgraded in all areas to be faster on track and more race-oriented. Much of that stems from the 998cc Desmosedici Stradale R engine that has set benchmarks in the panorama of supersports bikes. Greater race-orientation is made possible by the advanced electronics, making the V4 R more effective on-track. The rider will notice an improvement in track-feeling while astride the Panigale through chassis development that has increased the bike’s nimbleness and grip. Designers also greatly developed the aerodynamics to create greater efficiency. In all aspects, this 2024 Ducati Panigale V4 R provides a more powerful and overall enjoyable riding experience than prior models.
