OVERVIEW:
Rahal Ducati Cleveland is opening in the Spring of 2022. We are looking for new team members to fill the role of Service Advisor/Parts Associate for our Service/Parts Departments. We are seeking someone with great organizational skills and who is a team player. Ideal candidate would be passionate about the brand and have previous service/parts experience.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Work directly with customers to address their service and parts needs
- Manage service work and parts orders
- Schedule service work
- Communicate with the technician about work needing completed
- Convey to customer the description of the repair or part
- Deal directly with Ducati North America's Area Service Manager regarding warranty repairs
- Follow up with customers after completion of service to evaluate customer satisfaction
- Sell parts to customers over the phone, online, or in person
- Shipping and receiving of parts
- Ensure technicians have parts needed to complete each service job
- Cashier parts and service tickets
- Maintaining apparel inventory
JOB DESCRIPTION:
- DMS experience necessary and Lightspeed experience a plus
- Knowledge and experience with motorcycles- Ducati's preferred
- Critical thinker with problem-solving skills
- Superb written and verbal communication skills and positive attitude
- Knowledge of Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook
- High attention to detail
- Ability to work under deadlines and in a fast paced environment

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responding to sales leads- walk ins, online, and via phone
- Maintaining communication with customers throughout the whole sales process
- Continuous communication with Rahal Ducati team
- Ability to apply knowledge of Ducati inventory and products throughout sales process
- Confidently able to do demo and test rides with clients
- Comfort and ability to perform cold calls if need be
- Ability to complete in motorcycle deliveries for local clients.
- This includes loading, transport, and unloading motorcycles.

- Warranty registration for new bikes
- Preparing temp tags for new bikes
- Maintain integrity of computer system
- Coordinate and/or prepare reconciliations of parts inventory and major unit inventory
- Set up and maintain accruals for expenses
- Run and review expense trend reports
- Coordinate and/or prepare daily cash deposits
- Assist customer's in being approved for financing
- Submitting appropriate financing documentation to lenders
