We recently had the pleasure of taking part in a surprise of a lifetime! One of our loyal clients, Tom, paid us a visit last week at Rahal Ducati Indianapolis for what he believed was a check-in on his Ducati that was in the process of undergoing service by our technicians. What he didn’t know was that his wonderful wife had recently reached out to us regarding her idea to surprise her husband with a brand new Ducati. Not just any Ducati, but one that Tom had been wishing for for years - the Panigale V4R! Tom’s dreams of securing a V4R had not come to fruition over time. That is until now! On a recent visit to Rahal Ducati Indianapolis, Tom’s wife saw the opportunity to surprise her husband with his dream bike. The big day came last week, and it was a success! Prior to their arrival, our media team staged cameras to catch Tom’s reaction as he first laid eyes on his brand new Panigale V4R, and he did not disappoint!
